Raising Grace

Sheila Chester is a mother of three children. Two of which came through adoption and one through fertility treatments. Her 11 year struggle to build her dream of becoming a mother is what is driving her to learn more about other parents. What makes us so unique? It seems like we are doing this job of raising kids alone, but there are many who experience similar struggles and joys. Lets share our chaotic and wonderful lives as parents. We raise our children differently but we all have one thing in common, we love them fiercely. Take a listen, maybe you will find a parent who struggles or succeeds in the same ways you do. We parents can be so hard on ourselves. Let's come together to realize, raising kids deserves a large amount grace for ourselves and our kids. Being a parent is hard. How can we raise our children in the hardest of times with grace? How can we as parents of young children come together and encourage each other to see their child with grace and understanding?
